Lab staff faced inefficiencies due to complex, unclear interfaces. Common pain points included tracking test tubes across multiple stages, manual data entry errors, and delays in accessing results, highlighting the need for a software solution to streamline their workflows.

Research & Findings

Worked with BAs on wireframes to identify pain points: cluttered layouts and poor visual hierarchy.
Aimed to enhance usability with optimized design.

Design Solution

UX: BAs built wireframes defining the flow: sample intake → testing → reporting.
UI (Visual Design): I added colors, fonts, layouts, and icons to create an appealing, user-friendly interface.
Used Ant Design System, customizing components and colors for healthcare context.
Organized data into clear clusters for easy navigation.
