The Problem

Doctors struggled with inefficient workflows due to poorly designed interfaces. Common pain points included slow access to patient records and test results, confusing scheduling for in-person and online visits, fragmented data across medical records and prescriptions, and unclear chat or voice consultation tools, all of which hindered timely care delivery.

Research & Findings

Collaborated with BAs on high-fidelity wireframes to understand the app’s flow: patient record management → scheduling → consultations → test results.
Identified needs: clear data presentation, streamlined navigation, and accessible communication features.

Design Solution

UX: BAs provided wireframes defining the flow from patient record access to consultation scheduling.
UI (Visual Design): I enhanced the wireframes with colors, typography, layouts, and icons to create a cohesive, user-friendly app.
Worked closely with the team to align the app with a consistent design system, customizing components for clarity (e.g., distinct sections for records, schedules, and chat).

Results

Faster access to patient records and test results.
Simplified scheduling and consultation processes.
Improved doctor-patient communication via clear chat/voice interfaces.
